FH Münster University of Applied Sciences is a leading German university of applied sciences with strong expertise in applied research, sustainability, and digital transformation. Through its Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre (S2BMRC), FH Münster coordinates ECO-MERCE, leading project management and contributing to the development of the value-driven skills framework and roadmap, while ensuring quality, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with VET and EU priorities.

​Faraz Ahmed Hayat is Project Coordinator at S2BMRC, FH Münster. He supports day-to-day project coordination, partner communication, and monitoring of timelines and deliverables, and contributes to research activities, skills framework development, and quality assurance across ECO-MERCE work packages.

Thanks to her background and expertise, Judith Helmer will support in developing the ECO-merce training framework and roadmap for agri-food-SMEs.

The Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities (ACEEU) is an international quality assurance and project development body supporting universities in their transformation towards entrepreneurship and societal engagement. With 60+ funded projects since 2020, ACEEU brings expertise EU-project management expertise. In ECO-merce, ACEEU will lead the Consumer Persona and Value Map, and the Skills Framework development, will co-lead of the Eco-merce training academy, develop the DEC plan and Impact Roadmap, and will ensure measurable impact through its quality assurance lead role.

Lina Landinez, CEO of ACEEU, and Federica Casaccio, International Relationship Manager, will serve as Project Officers in the ECO-merce project. They will be in charge of ensuring quality assurance in project results, processes and activities. Under WP2 they will lead the development of the consumer persona and value map , and of the ECO-merce skills framework. Under WP3 they will co-lead the development of the training academy and under WP5, they will be in charge of sustainability activities, including the development of the consortium DEC report.

The French Network of Food Technology Institutes (ACTIA) is a non-profit organisation that unites the activities of food technology institutes and technical centres, whose 1,200 researchers, engineers and technicians provide daily support for companies, especially SMEs. ACTIA will collaborate on the skill needs analysis, consumer persona & value map as well as on communication / dissemination activities.

Gemma Cornuau and Wilfried Paget are project managers at ACTIA. In ECO-MERCE, they will organize the skill need analysis with the French stakeholders and they will develop and manage the communication tools.

ICOS is a Representative Body for the Co-Operative Movement in Ireland. ICOS serves and promotes commercial co-operative businesses and enterprise, across multiple sections of the Irish economy. Collective voice and lobbying on behalf of the sector, promote continuous improvement and competitive change. Promote the principles of the co-operative movement to ensure stronger governance, education, and cooperation. We have an active role in WP2, WP3, WP4 and WP5 (as work-package leader).

Billy Goodburn is head of learning and development and is the main point of contact in carrying out the various tasks within the project from an Irish perspective, with active involvement across all 5 work-packages.

ISEKI-Food Association (IFA) is a non-profit organization in the agri-food sector, founded in 2005 with a strong focus on education and training. Its network includes universities, research institutes, companies, and associations from 59 countries. With more than two decades of experience and access to experts covering a broad spectrum of food-related disciplines, IFA supports multilingual training across diverse areas of food knowledge. In this project, IFA will contribute to skills needs analysis, training design and piloting, and dissemination.

Luis Mayor and Sara Barbosa are project managers at IFA within the ECO-MERCE project. They will organise skills needs analysis activities, develop the project’s e-learning programme, and contribute to the dissemination of project activities and results
